I got a copy of this before Tabletop Bookshelf started selling it, but I wanted to write a review because it's a wonderful game. The rules are very simple (and you only need d6s) so younger, older, or simply new to TTRPG players can grasp them quickly. The variety of creatures you can play are very fun (did I mention that you can play a worm), and the creators even encourage players to create their own type of creature in a future game, if they'd like.
As GM you are the Goblin King and describe each section of the Labyrinth that the players stumble into. Most of the book is one or two page descriptions of areas, NPCs, puzzles, etc. for the players to interact with. I have played The Dark Crystal Adventure Game (published by the same company) as well and enjoyed it, HOWEVER Labyrinth holds up much better in terms of being something that players would want to replay (Dark Crystal sort of has one ending no matter what you get up to; it's fun to play once but that's about it). If you are a fan of the film (and especially if you're a fan of any of the extra Labyrinth media) or if you're looking for a simple and light fantasy game to introduce people to TTRPGs with, this is a winner.
