Whispers & Bones Bundle

This was so spooky and fun. It really got my creative mind going. I’ve been feeling stuck creatively and this helped me let go and forget the world for a little bit. I felt inspired when I was finished to keep going with my narrative. I’m so happy I found this book!! And the art is gorgeously grotesque.

This was my very first solo RPG journaling experience and I am HOOKED. I love everything about this game and the endless possibilities that come with it! Maybe it’s because I’m a writer at heart- I spent WAY longer than 60 minutes on my first session… try 4 hours! I added so much back story that’s probably why😅 This game is worth way more than the price it costs to purchase, give it a try! It’s a great way to tap back into your imagination and creative thinking.

Thought it was a story, discovered it was a journaling game book. Not a fan, you also need a deck of cards for this. Way too complicated.

Inventive, engaging story generator. I'm having a lot of fun

I’m a lifelong writer but fairly new to solo gaming. I had not realized this style of game was available.

The game relies on the participant to really reach into themselves to create the character and storyline. What starts out as a simple writing prompt becomes more complicated with each card. As you write, you begin to really think about how you want these prompts to connect into a single cohesive story.

I found it enjoyable and may even flush out a couple of the games into full stories.
