What a great sale on a great title I've been waiting for a physical copy to come available to ages!
This book is a perfect adaptation of Mork Borg rules for someone who loved 40K orks but wish they were more easily played as an RPG. It's everything the flavor of the old fashioned batch of boyz were in a tight, compact form. Scrappin', yellin', fightin', slapping parts back together with metal and spite.A bit of the ultra violence in your favorite green color scheme.
I'd been getting all kinds of ads for this particular game, and though I'm not normally much of a mystery person, I did like that it could be spun in a Twin-Peaks or Alan Wake sort of way! So I tried it out, not knowing what to expect, and it ended up being such a lovely journey. The game doesn't overstay its welcome, is easy to teach, and allows for a LOT of creativity!
As a long time gamer i can appreciate the work and creativity that went into this. No randomness, not a generic fill the rooms megadungeon. This guy has given us a creative and thoughtful megadungeon that i can't wait to run a group through. Definately worth the money, well done project!

I have made several purchases from Tabletop Bookshelf. There have been no issues with the quality of the books delivered or the timeliness of the delivery. I think the most important thing about this site is that it exposes me to the kinds of interesting and esoteric games that I probably otherwise wouldn't have known existed. To be honest, if there's a game I know about and want NOW, I go to Amazon. I'll have it in two days. if I want to know what cool stuff exists that I should be buying, I shop at Tabletop Bookshelf... and while I'm there I might buy the stuff I already wanted anyway.
This was my first time playing a solo game, but the system and prompts were very easy to use. It was an enjoyable roleplaying experience, and depending on the length of your journaling/prompt responses, could be a one-shot afternoon or take several sessions as you weigh your choice. Will definitely try other games from Exuent Press if they are like this!
